Calabar Pot is a Nigerian restaurant based in Abuja. We operate an online ordering service at calabarpotrestaurant.com. When you place an order with us, we collect certain personal information to fulfil that order.

• Delivery address — to deliver your food to the right location.
• Order details — to prepare and track your order accurately.

We do not collect your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Paystack, and your card data never passes through our servers.

• Process and fulfil your order
• Contact you if there is an issue with your delivery
• Send your order confirmation and receipt

• Supabase — our secure cloud database where order records are stored.

How long we keep your data

We retain your order records for up to 12 months for operational and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted.
